Alejandro Garay has been working in the professional world since 2014. Alejandro began their career as a Mining Engineer at Richmont Mines Inc. in 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Summer Analyst - Private Equity at The Sentient Group. In 2016, they held a role in Investment Banking at Credicorp Capital. In 2017, they were a Management Consultant at Activas Partners. In 2018, they moved to McKinsey & Company as a Management Consultant. Currently, they are the Co-Founder of LEASY.

Alejandro Garay attended McGill University from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining and Mineral Engineering. In 2011, they participated in a Study Abroad Program at Harvard University, focusing on Economics and Documentary Filming. In 2017, they obtained a Venture Deals certification from the Kauffman Fellows Academy.
