Regina Broda is an experienced educator and trainer in the field of language learning and teaching, currently serving as Trainer Manager and Trainer Support Specialist at Learnlight since February 2016. In this role, Regina leads and supports a diverse group of trainers in multiple languages, providing pedagogical and technological assistance, as well as monitoring performance and learner satisfaction. Prior to this, Regina held various teaching and training positions, including TEFL Teacher Trainer at Training Express, where responsibilities included supervising classes and teaching business English to corporate clients. Regina's extensive background in ESL training dates back to roles at Foreign Language Teacher Training College in Poland, focusing on teaching phonetics, grammar, and mentoring new teachers. Regina holds an M.A. in English Philology from Jagiellonian University and a B.A. in TEFL from the Foreign Language Teacher Training College.
