Ted Casey has a diverse work experience that spans several decades. Ted started their career as the Owner/Operator of Wayne's Lamp Post Inc., a successful neighborhood tavern in Chicago, from 1970 to 1973. Ted later joined Learning Resources, Inc. in 1974, initially working for their sister company ETA/Cuisenaire before switching to Learning Resources Inc. Ted held various positions in the company before becoming a Facility & Office Manager, a role they have held for approximately twelve years. In their current role, they are responsible for all aspects of building operations and management, including overseeing multiple buildings and landlord responsibilities.

Ted Casey attended St. Norbert College from 1966 to 1968, where they studied English Language and Literature/Letters. No degree was specified.
