Amber Hu is an experienced digital communications professional with a strong background in communications, marketing, and design. Currently serving as a Digital Communications Specialist at the Learning Policy Institute since April 2018, Amber has previously held roles including Communications Associate at the same organization and Communications and Marketing Fellow at the Center for High Impact Philanthropy. At the Center, responsibilities included managing major communication channels, designing brand-consistent materials, and executing marketing strategies. Earlier experience includes a role as IT/Communications/Design Summer Associate at the Center, where Amber supported website maintenance and social media management. Starting as a Social Media Marketing Intern at Rebel Desk, Amber developed marketing strategies and created engaging graphics for social media platforms. Amber holds a degree from the University of Pennsylvania, obtained in 2016.
