Marta Leon is a seasoned professional in instructional design and educational research, currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at Learning A-Z since January 2014. Marta has held multiple leadership roles within the organization, including Director of Research and Evaluation, Director of Editorial, and Director of Instructional Design. Prior to this, Marta worked at Headsprout from October 2006 to December 2013 as the Director of Instructional Development and as an Instructional Designer. Marta holds a PhD in Behavior Analysis from West Virginia University (2001-2005) and a B.A. in Psychology from Universidad de Costa Rica (1996-2001).
