Peter Enestrom's work experience starts with their current role as the CEO & Founder of Learnexus, a one-stop shop for Learning & Development. Peter aims to make learning a top priority for companies and become the leading supplier for enterprises. Peter's previous role was as a Fellow at On Deck in 2021.
In 2014, Peter founded The Rebel Group (Holding Company) and led an attempted buyout of a $1+B revenue public company. Peter also established Dribbble Training, an online education platform for designers, and Gruber, a SaaS-based online test preparation platform. At Gruber, Peter was featured in the Washington Post and Business Insider. Peter joined MDC Partners as an Advisor on L&D Initiatives from 2016 to 2017.
Prior to that, Peter worked as the Vice President at UVF (Bertelsmann) from 2011 to 2014. In this role, they served as a Board Observer for University Now and UV Labs, and was involved in the development of Ameritas, a joint-venture targeting working Hispanic adults. Peter also drove co-investment deals in the higher education sector with partners such as Warburg Pincus.
In 2011, Peter co-founded NEU, an education services company that merged with Galvanize, a co-working and education company. Peter served as the Co-Founder/COO, creating accredited education programs tied to the hiring needs of high-growth sectors.
Peter's earlier experience includes working in the Online Search and Display Marketing Teams at Microsoft from 2006 to 2009.
Peter Enestrom attended Yale University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at Columbia Business School from 2009 to 2011. During this period, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree, concentrating in Investing & Entrepreneurship.
