Elena Yearly, MBA, Lean Six Sigma has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Elena is currently working as a Senior Facilitator and Trainer at Learnexus, where they conduct workshops and training sessions to create interactive learning environments. Prior to this, Elena worked as a Financial Management Trainer and Subject Matter Expert at Management Concepts, where they provided virtual training sessions and updated training materials. Elena also founded their own company, EMY Consulting LLC, in 2013, which offers advisory services in financial management, risk management, and audit readiness for both public and private sectors. Elena has also held positions at MorganFranklin Corporation, Fannie Mae, KPMG LLP, ZA Consulting, Inc, AAHSA Development Corporation, SunTrust, and United Bank, where they gained experience in areas such as senior management, internal audit, risk management, and finance. With their expertise and experience, Elena has been able to provide valuable insights and support to various organizations throughout their career.

Elena Yearly, MBA, Lean Six Sigma, completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications at Temple University from 1983 to 1987. Elena then pursued further education and obtained their Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Colorado State University between 1995 and 1999. In addition to their academic achievements, Elena Yearly has obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include being an Accredited Small Business Consultant through the Association of Accredited Small Business Consultants® as of March 2016, being certified as Small Women and Micro Business (SWAM) by the State of Virginia in March 2016, being a Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) certified by WBENC in February 2016, and being a Certified Internal Controls Auditor by the Institute of Internal Controls since January 2014. Elena Yearly has also recently obtained the certification of Certified Virtual Presenter by eSpeakers in June 2023. Currently, they hold a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute.
