Amit Sharma serves as the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Lear Corporation since November 2008, having held multiple leadership roles including Vice President & Division Counsel and Chief Asia Counsel. Prior to Lear Corporation, Amit Sharma worked as a Senior Associate at Fox Mandal from January 2005 to October 2008, specializing in corporate advisory and transactional work related to inbound private equity investments. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate at Luthra Anand & Associates, where responsibilities encompassed handling litigation matters and client management. Amit Sharma holds a Bachelor of Commerce and LLB from Delhi University and completed schooling at St. Edwards Simla.
