Lidia Arshavsky has a diverse work experience that spans several industries and roles. Lidia started their career in 2007 as an English Communication Specialist at COMCON Market Research in Moscow, Russia, where they translated and processed documents and reports for international clients. In 2010, Lidia worked as a Communications Strategist on a freelance basis until 2016.

In 2013, Lidia founded JC Strategic LLC, where they served as the Founder, Career Strategist, and Certified Professional Resume Writer. Lidia led seminars on succeeding in the U.S. job market for organizations such as the French American Chamber of Commerce and HEC Alumni, among others.

From 2016 to 2021, Lidia held various roles at Own The Room, a professional coaching and training company.
