Jaime Española has over eight years of professional experience. In 2013, they started as a Financial Audit Intern at PwC. Jaime then worked as an Investment Advising Intern at Wipfli Financial Advisors in 2014. Also in 2014, they worked as an Accountant at Cardiocom, a Division of Medtronic, where they collected US $1.1 million in 120 days after contacting 80+ customers with unpaid invoices. In 2015, they joined StraightArrow-Creative Process Outsourcing as a Business Development Manager. Jaime was later promoted to Key Account Manager and then to Client Relationship Manager. In 2018, they became a TEFL-Certified English Teacher, where they taught 80+ flight attendant students, police, and pilots at an international TOEIC center. In 2020, they joined JustLogin as a Customer Experience, where they handled phone, chat, and email support. Jaime is currently an Account Executive at Leapsome, starting in 2022.

Jaime Española obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. Jaime also graduated from St. Lawrence Seminary High School. In addition, Jaime obtained a Certificate in Teaching Business English (Cert.TBE) from ITTT - International TEFL & TESOL training in August 2020, and a Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certification from the same institution in July 2020.
