Guillermo Sobral has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2018, they worked as an Intern for the 107th Session of the International Labour Conference at the International Labour Organization. Later that year, they joined the San Francisco Department of Public Health as a Research Intern, where they conducted research and optimized the "Food Pharmacy" program. In 2019, Guillermo worked as a Product Development Intern at GreenBIM Engineering, where they contributed to the design and development of an indoor farming system. In 2020, they gained experience as a Business Development Intern at Keep Your City Smiling. Currently, Guillermo holds a position at Leapsome, where they initially worked as a Sales Analyst before transitioning into the role of Senior Business Development Representative. Additionally, Guillermo has a previous long-term role at Minerva Project, where they served as an Outreach Assistant for the Americas region, connecting students with educational opportunities. Throughout their career, Guillermo has demonstrated strong communication skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and has successfully managed relationships with various stakeholders.

Guillermo Sobral's education history begins in 2016 when they completed the International Baccalaureate program at an undisclosed institution. Guillermo was awarded a Bilingual Diploma during this time. Afterward, from 2018 to 2022, Guillermo attended Minerva University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Business (Scalable Growth) and Social Sciences (Designing Societies). Alongside their education, Guillermo also obtained several certifications, including the International Baccalaureate diploma from the Bachillerato Internacional in March 2016, the Certificate of Proficiency in English with an Honours Award from the University of Michigan in November 2015, and the Certificado Internacional de Língua Portuguesa, Grade A+, from UCS - Universidade de Caxias do Sul, also in November 2015.
