Claire Sophia Rosenthal has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources and Psychology fields. In 2011, they began their career as an International Flight Attendant for Swiss International Air Lines. In 2014, they interned at Vivantes Humboldt-Klinikum as a Psychotherapy and Clinical Psychology intern, where they planned, organized, and conducted therapeutic group interventions, conducted psychological diagnostic procedures, and documented patient data. In 2016, they worked as a Working Student for ELIGO Psychologische Personalsoftware GmbH, where they designed assessment center exercises, scheduled and conducted phone interviews with applicants, created training materials and executed in-house trainings, conducted quality management, evaluation, and documentation of error analyses in the context of psychometric test construction, and conducted literature research and review. In 2017, they worked as a Training Assistant for artop - Associated Institute of the Humboldt University of Berlin. In 2018, they worked for Deutsche Bahn as an Intern for Strategic Personnel Development, and for Leapsome as a Head of People & Culture, Team Lead People & Culture, and Manager Strategic Projects.

Claire Sophia Rosenthal completed their Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin in 2015, after studying there from 2012. Claire Sophia then went on to pursue their Master of Science in Psychology at the same university, graduating in 2018.
