Sĩ Nguyễn Văn has a diverse work experience in the field of embedded software engineering. From December 2017 to April 2018, they served as a Student Intern at FPT Software. Sĩ then worked as an Embedded System Engineer at IoTVN from March 2018 to December 2018. From January 2019 to June 2020, they led the R&D team at the Software Development Centre - Danang University, where they focused on creating IoT devices and solutions for the Da Nang government. In July 2020, they joined HIGHTECHCOM GMBH as an Embedded System Engineering, working on IoT applications for tractors and saw machines. Starting from November 2020, Sĩ Nguyễn Văn worked at LG Vehicle Component Solutions Development Center Vietnam (LG VS DCV) as a Development Team Lead, leading the application and service team. From February 2022 to December 2022, they took on the role of Project Manager at DriQ Health, leading a team and developing a project solution. Currently, they are an Embedded Software Engineer at LEAPS, starting from November 2022.

Sĩ Nguyễn Văn attended Da Nang University of Technology from 2013 to 2018. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering. In March 2022, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org.
