Seánan F. is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience as a teaching artist, meditation teacher, and writer. Currently serving as a Teaching Artist at the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, Seánan enhances the educational experiences of New York City public school students. At The Interdependence Project, Seánan leads a teacher-training course in mindfulness for children and serves as a meditation teacher-trainer, providing vital skills to various professionals.
