Frank Fotia has extensive experience in the construction industry, with their most recent role as Vice President at Leapley Construction Group starting in 2023. Prior to this, they held various positions at Balfour Beatty US, including Project Executive from July 2020 to January 2023, Senior Project Manager from January 2017 to July 2020, Project Manager from January 2013 to January 2017, Assistant Project Manager from May 2011 to January 2013, Estimator from October 2009 to May 2011, and Project Engineer from May 2007 to October 2009.

Frank Fotia attended Hilton Head High School from 1999 to 2003. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering at Clemson University from 2003 to 2007. Frank successfully obtained their B.S. in Civil Engineering from Clemson University.
