A strong believer in the role private equity can play to create social and climate impact, Yalin joined LeapFrog as Partner and Global Head of Investor Solutions in 2022.

Yalin is a 23-year veteran of the private equity industry, most recently as Partner, Fundraising and Investor Relations, for global private equity firm Cinven in London with responsibility for investors in Europe, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. He was instrumental in delivering Cinven’s EUR 7bn Fund VI and EUR 10bn Fund VII, both significantly oversubscribed, and helped define overall firm co-investment strategy and new strategic offerings for LPs.
