Maddie Walker serves as the Director of Business Process at Leap Advisory Partners since January 2024, where the focus is on enhancing staffing and recruiting businesses through technology transformation. Prior to this role, Maddie was the Sr. Product Operations Manager at Horizontal Talent from March 2021 to January 2024, overseeing technology implementations for various teams. Earlier experience includes roles as a Product Manager at Horizontal Talent, a Client Success Manager, and an Executive Sales Assistant at Employer Solutions Group & Employer Solutions Staffing Group, and Client Services at iluma Financial Partners. Maddie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health from the University of South Carolina.
