Lauren B. Jones is the Founder and CEO of Leap Advisory Partners, established in February 2020, focusing on enhancing relationships within staffing through technology-driven solutions. In addition to leading Leap, Lauren serves as an author for "Together We Rise," a book that shares the inspiring stories of women leaders, and co-hosts the "You Own the Experience" podcast. Lauren holds advisory positions at multiple companies, including CloudCall, RefAssured, Staffing Referrals, and Staffing Engine, offering expertise in technology integration and talent acquisition processes. Previously, Lauren was the Vice President of Talent Technology at Volt Workforce Solutions and held the role of Senior Director of Operations at Star Staffing. Educational background includes attendance at the University of Utah and Santa Barbara City College.
