Georgi Krumov has a wealth of experience in the technical support field. Georgi began their career in 2015 as a Technical Support Agent at Sixty K Ltd (60K). In 2016, they joined IBM as a Network & Operating Systems Engineer (Cisco IOS & IOS-XE) and was promoted to Cloud Applications Team Leader. In 2021, they moved to Axway as a Technical Support Engineer II and is currently employed at Leanplum as a Technical Support Engineer.

Georgi Krumov received a Bachelor's degree in Networking Technologies from the New Bulgarian University.
