Antoine Mattei began their work experience in 2017 at COMME J'AIME, where they held the role of Technicien commercial from December 2018 to March 2022. Additionally, they worked as a Coach Diététique from December 2017 to December 2018. In 2022, Antoine joined LeanPay as a Business Developer.

Antoine Mattei completed their education at the Adonis enseignement supérieur from 2014 to 2016, where they earned a Brevet de technicien supérieur (BTS) degree in Diététique / diététicien(ne). Prior to that, Antoine attended the Lycée Notre-Dame de la Providence from 2011 to 2013 and obtained a Baccalauréat technologique in Hôtellerie.
