Andre is an accomplished tech executive, founder, investor and director with significant experience in growing successful software companies.

Andre started his career with IBM where he held senior management positions in sales, marketing and research & development. After leaving IBM, Boisvert held executive positions in some of the most respected software companies in the industry, such as Cognos Inc., Oracle Corporation (where he was senior vice president of worldwide marketing) and the SAS Institute Inc., where he was President and COO. Later, Andre followed one of SAS͛s investments by becoming chairman and CEO of Sagent Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: SGNT). In 2004, he successfully completed the sale of Sagent Technologies Inc. to Group 1 Software Inc. (NASDAQ:GSOF). Andre then co-founded Pentaho Corporation in 2004, the world’s most popular commercial open source business intelligence platform.

Andre has been a long time director of numerous successful software companies, including VA Software (NASDAQ:LNUX, Revolution Analytics, Zenoss Inc. (systems management), Infobright (data warehousing), Zend Corporation (the PHP company), Emailvision Ltd. (a leader in email and social marketing), Webtrends Corporation (a leader in digital marketing analytics), Issuer Direct (OTC:ISDR, a leading provider of corporate regulatory compliance solutions and services), UBmatrix Inc. (the creator of the eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL)) and Odyssey Financial Technologies Inc. (a Swiss-based private wealth and asset management software company).
