Tarun Singh began their work experience in 2011 at Infosys, where they worked as a Technology Analyst until 2018. In 2018, they joined LeanIX as a Senior Customer Success Engineer and ServiceNow Solution Architect. Tarun later transitioned to the role of Principal Customer Success Engineer at LeanIX in 2023.
Tarun Singh holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Information Technology from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including LeanIX Certified Value Stream Management (VSM) Practitioner (Level 1), LeanIX Cloud Native Practitioner Certification, LeanIX Certified EA Practitioner, Certified Application Developer from ServiceNow, Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management from ServiceNow, Certified System Administrator from ServiceNow, and LeanIX Certified EA Associate.
