Robert van der Velde serves as the Managing Partner at LeanENT BV since January 2005, where responsibilities include executive program management, management consulting, business development, and sales. With a focus on optimizing complex processes, Robert has guided numerous organizations in manufacturing, construction, and the public sector, emphasizing lean management and performance improvement. Key clients include Van Vuuren Deuren, Intal BV, and various municipalities, where Robert has led multi-year development projects and coaching initiatives. In addition to consulting, Robert collaborates with FME and Toyota Material Handling NL as a strategic Lean partner and has contributed to educational committees at multiple universities. Educational credentials include a Master Black Belt in Lean from Liker Lean Academy and advanced degrees in Strategic Marketing Management and Changemanagement from the University of Groningen.
