Anji Little has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Anji started their career in 2000 as an Administrative Secretary at Gray, Jansing & Associates, Inc. Anji then moved on to Visual Innovations Inc. in 2004, where they worked as a Credit Manager for 11 years. In 2011, Anji became an Independent Director at Scentsy. Most recently, they worked at Leander ISD, starting as Registrar in 2015 and later becoming the Accounts Payable Lead in 2017.

Anji Little attended Westwood High School from 1980 to 1984. From 1984 to 1986, they studied at Texas State University. No degree or field of study is specified.
