Tim Axon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the gaming and entertainment sector. As the Managing Director and Founder of LeanConvert since July 2016, Tim has demonstrated leadership and strategic vision. Prior roles include serving as Head of Client Services - Gaming and Entertainment EMEA at Oracle, where Tim led a 30+ team to achieve record-breaking growth. Tim also held key positions at Maxymiser, managing customer experience and strategic consulting for gaming clients. Additional experience spans roles at International Mobile Sportsbook Company S.L., Intralot Interactive, Ladbrokes eGaming, Vertis Communications, Acxiom, and Nielsen Claritas, focusing on CRM, data management, and campaign analysis. Tim holds a BSc (Hons) in Sociology from Kingston University and is a qualified coach through the International Coaching Federation.
