Hisham Al-Falih has over eight years of work experience. Hisham currently serves as Co-Founder & CEO of Lean Technologies since 2019. Prior to this, they were an Investor at The Capital Partnership and Fathom Capital from 2017 to 2019. Hisham was also a Mayfield Fellow at Stanford Technology Ventures Program from 2016 to 2017, Founder and President of Arab Students Association at Stanford (ASAS) from 2014 to 2016, Summer Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company in 2015, Undergraduate Senator at Associated Students of Stanford University in 2013, Intern at Yokogawa in 2013, and a Photonics Laboratory Researcher at KAUST from 2011 to 2013, where they analyzed several methods of producing nano scale probes used in scanning probe microscopy and developed an improved method called 'Two-Step Electrochemical Etching' to increase production efficiency while maintaining highest levels of accuracy.

Hisham Al-Falih received their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University between 2012 and 2016, and their High School diploma from Dhahran Ahliyya Schools between 2000 and 2012.
