Tom Mantia is an experienced media buyer and marketing professional with a diverse background in digital and print media. Currently serving as Associate Manager of Media Buying at Lean Media, Inc. since May 2021, Tom has held positions including Senior Programmatic Media Buyer and Programmatic Media Buyer at the same company. Prior experience includes working as a Digital and Print Media Buyer at DICOM Inc. from August 2018 to April 2021, and serving as a Sales Administrative Assistant at Entercom and CBS Radio. Tom also held the role of PR and Marketing Director at AV Performance Innovations from August 2015 to December 2016. Tom holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Communication with a minor in Marketing from Bradley University, attended from 2013 to 2016, and graduated from Christian Brothers College High School in May 2013.
