Mike Bufano serves as the President and CFO of League One Volleyball, the largest operator of youth volleyball clubs in the United States. In addition to this role, Bufano is a board member for Rowan, a high-growth piercing and jewelry business. Previously, Bufano held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Allbirds, leading the company through its successful IPO and overseeing several other functions, including real estate and legal. Bufano has a diverse professional background, including significant contributions across multiple roles at Panera Bread and PepsiCo, where extensive experience in financial planning, operational management, and growth strategy was established. An MBA from The Wharton School complements Bufano's academic credentials, along with a BA from the University of Chicago.
