Nathan is focused on developing the systems needed for rapid and wide-scale adoption of the growing and harvesting of leafy greens for protein extraction. He is excited by the challenge of creating a movement to a new kind of production system that is higher yielding but requires fewer inputs and has a significantly lower environmental impact.

Nathan's career to date has largely been building new businesses across dairy, horticulture and wool. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Agriculture and a Master of Management in Agribusiness with first-class honours from Lincoln University.
