Mattia started their career at Azienda Usl Forlì in 2004 as a Logistic Consultant, where they provided consultation on logistics processes until 2008.
In 2008, they joined ISTITUTO SCIENTIFICO ROMAGNOLO PER LO STUDIO E LA CURA DEI TUMORI(I.R.S.T.) SRL as a Logistics Coordinator. In this role, they were responsible for planning access controls, optimizing transportation, and testing new drug transport and tracking methods.
Mattia then worked at Log80 srl as a Project Manager from 2008 to 2009, where they managed various projects.
From 2010 to 2012, they worked at Gruppo Finmatica as a Project Manager, overseeing project management activities.
In 2012, they joined Prati S.p.A, initially as a Social Media Manager. Mattia worked on projects like www.tuttintimo.it and commercial relations. Later on, they became the Chief Logistics&Marketing Officer, where they played a crucial role in the company's logistics and marketing operations.
