Raffaele Bua is an experienced professional in product development and software architecture with a strong background in Agile methodologies. Currently serving as the Director of Product Development at Leaf Space since September 2022, Raffaele focuses on coaching teams in the Agile Scrum framework and enhancing business processes. Prior experience includes roles as Scrum Master and Software Architect at Nurjana Technologies, leading a team in Earth Observation and Space Industry R&D projects, and serving as Software Architect and Project Manager at Serco for the European Space Agency's data dissemination project. Raffaele also has a freelance background in software architecture and engineering, underscored by a Master's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from Università di Pisa.
