Richard Tanski is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in healthcare recruiting. Currently serving as Senior Recruiting Manager at Leaf Home since July 2018, Richard has previously held various roles including Regional Recruitment Manager, Senior Corporate Recruiter, and Corporate Recruiter within the same organization. Prior to Leaf Home, Richard contributed to the growth of PlanetHealthcare as a Senior Healthcare Recruiter and Account Manager, being the first employee at the Ohio office. Richard's earlier experience includes roles as a HIM Recruiter at Excite Health Partners, a Healthcare Recruiter at Maxim Healthcare Services, and an Administrative Intern at Cleveland Clinic. Richard earned a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Bowling Green State University in 2013.
