Michele (Michael) P. has a diverse work experience in graphic and web design, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and marketing. They started their career as a Graphics Intern at KEO International Consultants in 2013 and later became a Graphic Design Intern at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Design Intern at Thomas. From 2016 to 2020, Michele held various design positions at Thomas, including Graphic & UX Designer, Web Designer, and Design System Lead - UX/UI. During this time, they were responsible for designing responsive websites, collaborating with developers and marketers, and ensuring brand identity consistency. In 2020, Michele transitioned to the role of Design Lead - Conversion Rate Optimization at Thomas, where they primarily focused on creating CRO test mockups and identifying new best practices. After leaving Thomas in 2022, they joined UnCommon Logic as a CRO Specialist for a period of one year. They then started their own business, Pace Marketing Services, as the Owner from February to July 2023. Currently, Michele is working as a CRO Specialist at Leaf Home since June 2023.
Michele (Michael) P. attended Baruch College from 2012 to 2016, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2012, they studied Graphic Design at the American University of Kuwait.
