Susan Gearhart currently serves as the Senior Director of Global People Strategy and Global Human Resources Director at ³¢±ð²¹»å³Õ±ð²Ô³Ù³Ü°ù±ðâ„¢ since May 2022. Previous roles include positions in human resources at Paychex from December 2019 to June 2022, Versant Health from July 2018 to December 2019, and Surgery Partners, Inc. from October 2015 to September 2018, where Susan held the title of Regional Human Resources Manager. Additionally, Susan worked as a Human Resources Manager at AREVA Inc. from September 2011 to October 2015, and as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at First Quality Tissue from February 2010 to June 2011. Earlier experience includes positions at COARC and PVC Corporation. Susan Gearhart holds a Mini MBA in Business Administration and Management from Rutgers Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management.
