Rachel Young possesses extensive experience in management and customer service, currently serving as the Manager of Tire & Wheel Production and Support at ³¢±ð²¹»å³Õ±ð²Ô³Ù³Ü°ù±ðâ„¢ since September 2013. Prior to this role, Rachel held the position of Inbound Customer Service Representative at SunTrust from September 2007 to September 2011, excelling in a call center environment. Rachel's professional background also includes military service as a Senior Airman in the United States Air Force from November 2002 to February 2007, where responsibilities included serving as an Air Force Command Post Controller. Rachel graduated from Cookeville High School with a High School Diploma.
