Paula Tavares is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in operations and digital management. Currently serving as the Project Manager for Process and Operations at Leadrs since February 2021, Tavares is responsible for overseeing team demands. Previously, Tavares worked as an Independent Consultant and Project Manager for various clients and marketing agencies, specializing in the training and implementation of Scrum and Agile practices. Tavares's career also includes nearly six years at RC Comunicação, where a progression from Project Manager to Digital Operations Manager was achieved. Earlier experience includes roles as a Project Manager and Account Manager Assistant at Plan B Online Communication. Tavares holds a degree in Advertising from Centro Universitário Newton Paiva and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Project Management at Escola Conquer, along with additional qualifications in English language studies and digital design.
