KyLea Ingram began their career in 2004 as News Director at KYCX Radio in Mexia, TX. In 2007, they joined GolinHarris as an Intern, and in 2008 they moved to HCK2 Partners as an Account Coordinator. In 2009, KyLea returned to GolinHarris as an Account Executive and Manager, where they were responsible for media relations for agency clients, specifically Texas Instruments, and served on the GH Texas Philanthropic Committee. In 2013, KyLea began working at Watermark Community Church as Elementary Director, Kids Programming Coordinator, and Director of Communications. KyLea was responsible for overseeing one of their weekend service times, including weekly teaching to children kinder - 5th grade, coordinating a group of volunteer leaders, and writing content for their blog, monthly newsletter, and social media channels. In 2022, KyLea joined Leadr as a Customer Success Manager, where they are responsible for helping customers build healthy habits and find success using their platform.

KyLea Ingram attended Sam Houston State University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism.
