Vanessa Phipps is an experienced talent development and human resources professional with a strong focus on equity, inclusion, and leadership development. Currently serving as the Principal at The Future Force Group, LLC since 2016, Vanessa leads initiatives to prepare managers and contributors for complex challenges while promoting cultural humility. In addition to this role, Vanessa serves as a Senior Human Resources Consultant for Colorado People's Alliance and the ACLU of Kansas, guiding HR practices towards enhanced equity and inclusion. Vanessa has also contributed to the ACLU of Louisiana and held interim leadership roles such as Interim Executive Director and Chief Diversity Officer at the ACLU. Vanessa's extensive background includes positions at Leading NOW, Lowenstein Sandler LLP, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ, sanofi-aventis, and Lincoln University of Pennsylvania, highlighting a commitment to advancing diversity and leadership within organizations. Vanessa holds a B.S. in Sociology and Anthropology from Lincoln University.
