Nancy Cerulo currently serves as the Vice President of Strategic Growth at Leading Edge Real Estate since March 2023. Prior to this role, Nancy held various positions at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Commonwealth Real Estate, including Recruiting Manager and Business Developer - Real Estate Agent Recruiter, from November 2018 to February 2023. Nancy's earlier experience includes roles at Century 21 Commonwealth focusing on real estate sales and business development, as well as positions in fundraising consulting and client services. Notable past positions also include Executive Vice President at Software Plus PLC and Computer Marketing PLC, where Nancy demonstrated strong administrative and management capabilities. Nancy began their education at Natick High School.
