Clarence Finch, MBA-HCM, has a robust background in healthcare management spanning over three decades. Currently serving in a management role at Leadership Strategies since January 2015, Clarence previously held the position of Program Director at MD Anderson Cancer Center from May 2002 to December 2014, where responsibilities included leading a team towards goal-oriented objectives and developing comprehensive plans to enhance deliverables. Prior experience includes serving as Director at Erlanger Medical Center for a decade, overseeing Ancillary Services and ensuring fiscal stability and operational development. Clarence began a career as a Healthcare Service Provider as an Independent Contractor for five years in the late 1980s before obtaining a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Health Care Administration from American InterContinental University in 2006.
