Fabienne Costadau has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Fabienne started their career as an intern at the French Embassy in Berlin from September 2007 to May 2008. Fabienne then worked at Danone from November 2012 to August 2019, where they held various positions, including HR Project Manager, Learning & Engagement Manager, and Talent & Learning Manager. During their time at Danone, they implemented various initiatives such as designing talent development processes, utilizing AI for employee risk assessment, and managing the rollout of new strategies and programs. In 2019, they briefly worked at Nordic Knowledge Partners as an Internal Consulting Lead Expert Recruiter, focusing on expert recruitment for micro-consulting engagements. Since March 2020, they have been working as the Director of International Business Development at the Leadership Pipeline Institute, where they are responsible for delivering leadership and specialist transition programs to organizations globally.
Fabienne Costadau earned a Master's degree in Public administration, Finance, Economics, and Public Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, attending from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed another Master's degree in Russian, Central European, East European, and Eurasian geopolitics at the Institut Français de Géopolitique, from 2009 to 2010. Fabienne also holds a Master's degree in Political Science and Government, with a specialization in International Law and foreign affairs, from Sciences Po Aix, which they obtained from 2005 to 2010.
In addition to their formal education, Fabienne Costadau obtained a certification in Design Thinking Level 1: Experiment methods of Design Thinking from NUMA Paris in September 2019.
