David Donaldson has extensive experience in the field of Adult Training and Development Facilitation. David is currently the Vice President & Partner at Leadership Pipeline Institute in Canada. In addition, they serve as a faculty member at Schulich Executive Education Centre, contributing to the Masters Certificate in Adult Training and Development program.

Previously, David worked as a Customer Success Manager at Howspace, where they were responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Client Solutions at Juice Inc and TidalShift Inc., where they played a key role in developing and delivering professional development programs.

Before joining TidalShift, David was the owner of Dragonsong, a business they operated for 20 years. David also worked as a Consultant at TD Bank and a Certified Lotus Instructor at Lotus Software Solutions Inc. Furthermore, they gained experience as an Instructor/Facilitator at United System Solutions and as a Senior Course Developer at Coopers & Lybrand.

Throughout their career, David has acquired a diverse skill set and a wealth of experience in the field of Adult Training and Development.

From 2011 to 2013, David attended the Schulich School of Business - York University where they obtained a Masters Certificate in Adult Training & Development. Their field of study focused on Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching.

In 2010, David received their PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from SPM Group, specializing in Project Management.

In addition to their formal education, David also obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2018, they became a Change Management Practitioner through APMG International. In the same year, they also earned the Certified Local Change Agent (CLCA) designation from the same institution. In 2017, David became a Personal Resilience Practitioner through the Resilience Alliance.

Prior to their certifications, in 2010, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.

David's additional certifications also include Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) from The Institute for Performance and Learning. David also holds a Flight Instructor - Glider certification from Transport Canada - Transports Canada, although the specific dates for these certifications are not provided.
