Elora Moolenaar is a Regional Field Coordinator at the Leadership Institute, a non-profit organization based in Arlington, Virginia, since May 2022. In this role, Moolenaar recruits and organizes student groups, advises them on growth and sustainability, and coaches students on media handling and activism projects. Prior to this position, Moolenaar served as a Hostess at La Valle Coastal Club and as a Youth Coordinator for the Youngkin for Governor campaign, where the focus was on increasing student voter registration and participation. Moolenaar has previous experience as a Cashier at The Cheesecake Factory and as a Hostess at Harbor Restaurant. Moolenaar holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from California State University San Marcos and an Associate of Arts degree from Santa Barbara City College.
