Cristina Novoa is a Political Training Coordinator at The Leadership Institute since January 2022, focusing on political and fundraising training. Prior experience includes roles as a Barista at BIGGBY COFFEE, where Cristina managed food and drink service for a high volume of customers, and as a Receptionist at LaVida Massage, providing information on memberships and services while managing client schedules. Cristina also served as Students Programming Coordinator at 242 Community Church, overseeing weekly high school services and organizing seasonal events, and completed a residency as Students Worship Pastor, excelling in recruitment for church events. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership Studies, Government & Public Policy at Regent University, Cristina has a strong educational background, including prior studies at Washtenaw Community College and a high school diploma from North Hunterdon High School.
