Aleana Smiley serves as a Regional Field Coordinator at the Leadership Institute since August 2023, having previously held the position of Field Representative. Prior roles include College Field Representative and Campus Coordinator at Turning Point USA from January 2022 to June 2023, and Campus Correspondent at Campus Reform between February 2022 and December 2022. Aleana Smiley also served as a Campus Ambassador for The Leadership Institute from January 2022 to September 2022 and worked as a Communications Intern at Gibbons for Ohio from October 2021 to September 2022. Current educational pursuits include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at LSU Shreveport, expected to be completed in May 2024, following a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science from the University of Mount Union, awarded in December 2022.
