Julians loves building digital products. As an autodidact, he taught himself the first web development skills. He enjoys creating a finished product from “nothing” that users like to use a lot. As a UI/UX designer, he is responsible for the conception of the Leaders21 platform together with product management. Continuously improving these and building prototypes and click dummies are just as much a part of his job as perfecting the UI. Julian also knows that design not only has to be creative but also has to work. And always with the users in mind in order to offer them the greatest possible added value.
