Omer Normand is an experienced professional currently serving as a Customer Manager at LEADERS since October 2020. Prior experience includes a role as a Scout Leader for the Hebrew Scouts Movement in Israel, where responsibilities involved managing a budget exceeding 1 million NIS annually and organizing educational events and trips. Omer also held the position of Director of Volunteers at helpapp and served as an Administrative Manager in Israeli Military Intelligence. Omer holds a Bachelor of Education in Creative Education from Kibbutzim College, completed in August 2019.
