Mithun Varghese is an experienced QHSE Engineer with a proven track record in enhancing safety and compliance within the oilfield and construction sectors. Currently serving at Leaders Oilfield Equipment L.L.C., Mithun has successfully led HSE initiatives that resulted in a significant reduction in incident rates and improved compliance with safety protocols. Previously, as Project QHSE Manager at Corrosion Technology Services, Mithun oversaw multiple high-profile projects, facilitated pre-qualification for government entities, and managed a team of over 15 personnel to ensure compliance with HSE policies. Earlier roles at Al Nasr Contracting and yoomyung engineering & construction involved orchestrating HSE activities and end-to-end project management, consistently achieving safety targets and enhancing awareness among project teams. Mithun holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sathyabama University and has a solid educational background in computer studies.
