Laura Ketchum is an experienced Property Manager with a strong background in managing residential properties in Brighton & Hove. Currently employed at Leaders Ltd since November 2015, Laura oversees over 150 properties and provides comprehensive services including tenancy agreement renewals, rent negotiations, maintenance coordination, and compliance with Gas Safety regulations. Prior to this role, Laura managed 120 properties at G4 Lettings and briefly worked at The Baron Homes Corporation Ltd. In an earlier position as a Barrister Clerk at Crown Office Row, Laura gained valuable experience in legal administration and client care. Laura holds a BA Hons in Sociology from the University of Sussex.
