Catherine Kramer is an experienced ICF Executive Coach, currently leading Catherine Kramer Coaching since February 2020, where over 1000 coaching hours have been accrued covering topics such as leadership development and career transitions, along with the development of inclusive leadership and resilience workshops. As an Associate Career Coach at Right Management since May 2023 and as an Associate Executive Coach at MindGym and Mindbeat since August 2022, Catherine supports clients, including managers to executive-level individuals from major financial institutions. Previous roles include Senior Manager at Macquarie Group and Senior Implementation Manager at Citi, alongside consulting positions at Bear Stearns & Co. and Marketbridge Consulting. Catherine holds an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London, a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School, and a BA in French and Spanish from the University of Leeds.
